pello warranty & exchanges

pello is committed to designing and manufacturing unique, safe, and high-quality products.

We warrant this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship existing at the time of production for a period of thirty days from the date we ship your product to you.  If any flaw is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will replace your pello at no cost to you. 

Should you discover a flaw during the first thirty days from the date we shipped your product, you will need to obtain an RMA number to process your exchange.   You can contact us directly at sales@mypello.com to obtain your RMA number, or you can request your return online to obtain your RMA number. 

Once you are in possession of your RMA number, please remember to include your receipt and customer information (your name, address, email address, and phone number) with your pello.  No PO boxes, please.  We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. 

pello warranties only products purchased from mypello.com or certified pello retailers.

This limited warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions, abuse, alteration, and normal wear and tear.

Should you choose to exchange your undamaged pello for another style, we would be happy to help you!  In this circumstance, the customer is responsible for a 10% restocking fee and shipping.
